Warranty Information

Uberbike Components products unless otherwise stated come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty only applies to the original owner and claims under warranty require proof of purchase to be valid. Warranties start from the date of purchase and will expire 1 year after this date, even if parts are replaced within this time. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may arise within this time, but excludes wear and tear consumables such as bearings, disc brake pads and drivetrain components. In addition, crash damage, premature failure due to misuse, improper installation, neglect or lack of maintenance, unless the item is deemed faulty from new will not be covered under warranty.


All Uberbike wheels are provided with a 2 year warranty against workmanship or manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins from the date you receive your wheels. Warranty is non transferrable and applies to the original owner only.

Warranty will not be offered under the following reasons - 

  • Incorrect adjustment, installation, or maintenance of the wheels.

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear use, including the results of fatigue, crash damage, corrosion, and improper use is not covered by warranty.

  • If the product has been modified in any way. Any service work on the wheels must be carried out by a qualified mechanic.

  • Wear and tear consumables that would not be covered by this warranty include bearings, pawls/springs, seals, freehubs, and spokes.

In the event your wheels have to be returned back to us, please remove any items that were not included as part of the original purchase, cassette, tyres, axles, valves, magnets, etc.

Labour charges for servicing and non warranty aftercare work is the responsibility of the owner.

Parts that are returned for warranty inspection and are deemed not eligible will be quoted for service/repair/replacement wherever possible. If you do not wish to pay for a repair, service or replacement, you will need to arrange for collection of the item from our premises at your cost. Items that are not collected 3 months from the date of receipt will be disposed of.

Uberbike Components Ltd cannot take any liability for 3rd party costs, expenses, damages or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. Our warranty and liability applies only to the parts and cost of the supplied goods exclusively to the original owner. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
