Return and Cancellation of goods
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Uberbike Components, however if you do wish to return an item, nothing could be simpler. In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you will need to download and complete the Returns Form HERE and return with the goods. All returns should go to the address below:

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Packaging must be unopened. Goods must not be fitted or used.
Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us. Unless the error of Uberbike Components, return postage is at the customers expense. Goods ordered in error that require an exchange will be subject to a £2.00 (UK) £3.99 (EU) £4.99 (Rest of World) resending fee.
You, the buyer, will inspect the goods as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and will notify us of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint in respect of them within 10 working days from the date the goods were delivered. SAVE IN RESPECT OF ANY SHORTAGES OR DEFECTS IF YOU, THE BUYER, FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS CLAUSE WE WILL NOT BE HELD LEGALLY LIABLE IN RESPECT OF ANY OTHER COMPLAINT WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN THIS PERIOD.
