UK Deliveries
Uberbike Components offers 3 Royal Mail delivery services for mainland UK and Northern Ireland, plus an instore collection service which can all be selected at the checkout.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked (£3.49) - Tracked to delivery point for peace of mind. Aim to deliver in two to 3 working days, but is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.49) - Tracked to delivery point for peace of mind. Aim to deliver in 1 working day, but is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery by 1pm (£8.99) - Guaranteed Next Day delivery on orders placed before 2.00pm. Orders placed after this time will be send the next working day. Dispatch days for this service are Mon-Fri.
Parcelforce Express 24 (£9.99) is used for the delivery of wheelsets, and this service is automatically applied at the checkout.
Collection Instore - Orders with this service selected at the checkout are for collection from Uberbike Components Ltd, Unit 1B Rother Court, Parkgate, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S62 6DR. This is a Monday to Friday service (excluding Bank Holidays), where orders can be collected between 09:30 to 2:30PM.
The latest order time for same day dispatch on Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 services is 14:30 Mon-Fri.
EU and Rest of World
European and Worldwide orders from £8.99. Shipping price for Europe and Worldwide orders will be calculated at the checkout based on order weight. For wheelsets, we use Parcelforce couriers which is £9.99 on all mainland UK and Northern Ireland orders. The price for International orders on wheelsets will be quoted at time of checkout based on delivery destination.
All orders placed before 2:30pm Mon-Fri are typically dispatched the same day using Royal Mail. Special Delivery for next day is available, This service will be subject to a £8.99 charge and orders must be placed by 2pm. PLEASE NOTE: next day orders placed on Fridays will be not be delivered Saturday, they will be delivered on Monday (the next working day)
We aim to deliver UK mainland orders between 1 to 3 working days, including Saturday's. Please allow extra time for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland. during busy periods / online promotions there may be a short delay as we pack in date order to be fair to all customers.
International Deliveries
We aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven. Please allow these timescales before contacting us regarding your order delivery.
Please note: For orders outside of the UK and Northern Ireland, we will charge you in GBP for the value of the item(s) in your basket plus the shipping fee to your selected country. This does not include 20% VAT or import duty as customs clearance/handling fee’s will be charged in the receiving country and are not the responsibility of Uberbike Components Ltd.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
The goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form.
The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If however we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
We shall not be liable to you, the buyer, for short delivery of the goods however caused but will provide you with the outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical. If however, we have not delivered the outstanding goods within 7 days from the first date of delivery you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order for the outstanding goods.
In the event of denial of receipt when delivery confirmation has been provided and supported with either signature or correct delivery gps co-ordinates; corresponding with the delivery address submitted at time of ordering, the customer will be required to open an item not received dispute with Paypal, quoting the tracking and order reference.
