Enhance your braking performance with the Uberbike Radiator disc brake rotor. Engineered to deliver efficient heat dissipation, this rotor is a game-changer for your brake system. With our innovative heat dissipation fins, heat buildup is effectively transferred during intense braking, resulting in a remarkable brake temperature reduction of up to 30%. Say goodbye to brake fade and hello to a more consistent and balanced brake performance, all while enjoying extended pad life.

Versatile and Compatible: The Radiator rotors are designed to fit a wide range of bikes, including MTB, E-MTB, Road, Gravel, and CX. No matter your riding style or terrain, the Radiator has got you covered.

Premium Quality Construction: Crafted with precision and performance in mind, the alloy carrier of the Radiator rotor is CNC machined from 7075 aerospace-grade alloy. This ensures exceptional strength and durability while incorporating relief pockets on the rear for additional weight savings. The brake band, on the other hand, is manufactured from SUS410 stainless steel—chosen for its superior strength, lightweight properties, and impressive thermal management capabilities.

Efficient and Shedding: The Radiator rotor's braking surface is designed with multiple cutouts, providing a dual benefit. Not only do these cutouts facilitate the rapid shedding of dirt, mud, and water from both the rotor and disc pads, but they also promote even pad wear. Say goodbye to buildup and enjoy a consistent braking experience that stands the test of time.

Experience the Uberbike Radiator disc brake rotor and discover a new level of braking performance. With its advanced heat dissipation technology, premium construction, and efficient shedding design, this rotor is ready to elevate your ride. Don't settle for average—choose the Radiator and feel the difference.

Features

  • Finish - CNC machined 7075 aerospace grade alloy carrier, with added relief pockets on the rear for extra weight saving, with SUS410 stainless brake band and stainless joining rivets.

  • Custom 1050 grade custom colour finished alloy heat dissipation radiator fins for highly efficient transfer of heat. One of the highest thermally conductive heat transfer materials available, helping reduce brake temperature by up to 30%.

  • Brake Band Thickness 1.8mm.

  • Custom 1050 grade custom colour finished alloy heat dissipation radiator fins for highly efficient transfer of heat. One of the highest thermally conductive heat transfer materials available, helping reduce brake temperature by up to 30%.

  • Supplied with 6 x steel mounting bolts.

  • Weights: 180mm/150g – 203mm/218g *excludes fitting kit.

  • Compatible with 6 bolt hubs and all major braking systems and disc pad compounds, including metal pads.

  • When selecting a 203mm floating rotor to post mount Fox forks, hubs with offset flanges such as Mavic/Chris King hubs, etc, these combinations will not allow sufficient clearance between the 203mm disc rotor and the lower post mount on the fork. If you are unsure of compatibility please contact us, as we will not accept returns of damaged rotors caused by this.

  • Fitting Note - To achieve the best braking results and performance from your new rotor, we recommend the installation of new disc brake pads to ensure even rotor wear without causing damage as a result of uneven/worn disc pads. The 203mm version of this rotor is not compatible for use with centerlock adapters.
Awesome!
ReviewerGlenH / FromEast Midlands
I bought these last week, and have fit them and cycled daily. I think they look great, the blue is a good colour shade that matches other parts of my bike. Regarding performance, I have had 1 local forest/ muddy quarry trail ride, and then used daily for commuting to work and they work great. I have changed both the disc's and pads, so they obviously need more time to bed in, but so far, very happy with my purchase. Time will tell on durability.
203mm rotor on tandem
ReviewerWCC / FromUK
I got this for the rear wheel on our tandem having warped several solid rotors, we use trp spyre mechanical callipers, and sintered pads from this site. We tow a trailer on the tandem and are probably in excess of 220kg fully loaded and use this as our primary brake.I was skeptical the cooling fins would help much due to the way they kind of slot in to small grooves in the rotor, but after heavy use they become hot enough to burn, so certainly conduct heat off the rotor, and subsequently cool down quickly. We've had no problem with warping and rotors are still true after 18 months with no looseness in the rivets. The rotors have discoloured due to the amount of heat we put in to them, and the vibrant blue alloy fins have faded, almost to dull grey (probably also due to heat).Overall impressed with the rotors ability to withstand the punishment of being on the tandem.
power stopping rotors

If you are looking for some thing different then these rotors are the ones for you, add a pair of sintered pads to these rotors and the stopping power is outstnding, love the different colours you can get to blend with your bike colour scheme, i cant fault them and best purchase i made
