Frank's Blog Post

Hi, it’s the Uberbike team here with our first blog post. This weeks’ topic is about the newest member of our team… Frank the dog! 

We are writing this blog post about Frank because he’s become a mainstay on our social media, specifically YouTube. He even gets recognised in our shop! 

Where’s Frank from?

Frank was adopted from Thornberry Animal Sanctuary in Sheffield by the Owner of Uberbike, after being abandoned on the streets.

Frank was brought in by the Rotherham dog warden and was at Thornberry for about a week before he was discovered by us. 

Frank’s breed is a guess of a mix of Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Patterdale Terrier, but we have done a DNA test to determine his full history so once the results are in, we will post an update! 

What is a typical day in the life of Frank?

Frank starts his day at home with his pawrents, in Rotherham. After he’s woken them up at stupid o’clock, he gets his morning walk and his hearty breakfast, consisting of mince beef! He’s then loaded up in the car to be prepared for a full day at work for the rate of 70p per day. 

Now, I bet you’re wondering what Frank does here at Uberbike Components? 

Well, his official job role is Chief of Security, but he does spend most of his time distracted by his big red ball. If you’ve ever visited our shop then you might have heard Frank barking but don’t worry he means no harm! He’s a real softie at work, loves cuddles and having his belly rubbed. If you ever need any help with our components then Frank will have the answer for you.

The best thing about Frank is his various nicknames that he also answers to: Frankenstein, Fronk, Frank Rocket, Sprocket, White tip paw (see photo for reference) and F-Round. 

Likes - Ball, pull toy, food.

Dislikes - Wheelie Bin, hoover, postman, bike tyres, anything that moves basically!
